Enjoy private and personalized 1-on-1 Egyptian yoga sessions with Dr. Rho to address chronic conditions using restorative breathwork, postures, meditations, and mantras alongside scientific tips and soulful “omwork” practices to incorporate wellness into your daily routine.

Rhoda Moise, PhD, CYT earned her B.S. with honors in Biobehavioral Health from the Pennsylvania State University focusing on global chronic disease prevention and control. She also holds a Ph.D. in Prevention Science and Community Health from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Session Style of Yoga and Focus/Content:
Dr. Rho brings unique expertise in integrative medicine to support people on their wellness journeys. For instance, the ancient chakra system (known as aritu in Egyptian yoga) spans the main energy centers of the body (i.e., root, sacral, solar, heart, throat, third eye, and crown). The modern SPECIES wellness wheel encompasses the complexity of well-being (i.e., social, physical, environmental, career/occupation, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual). By merging both soulful and scientific knowledge, Dr. Rho helps you to live your healthiest life.
